Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive ABM strategies aimed at engaging and converting high-value target accounts across various stages of the customer lifecycle.
Lead, develop, and mentor a team of ABM specialists, helping them to grow both professionally and personally while fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
Leverage data and insights to define key target accounts, account segments, and verticals, and create tailored marketing programs that deliver value at every touchpoint.
Design and oversee multi-channel campaigns that include email, content, paid media, events, and personalized outreach to increase brand awareness and drive pipeline generation within key accounts.
Ensure alignment with sales teams by maintaining regular communication and sharing insights on ABM performance, opportunities, and feedback.
Define clear KPIs and performance metrics for ABM programs, ensuring campaigns are delivering measurable results in terms of pipeline, revenue, and account engagement.
Collaborate with creative, content, and digital campaigns teams to create assets and messaging that resonate with target accounts.

Required
7+ years of marketing experience, with 3-5 years of account-based marketing and a strong track record of managing full-funnel ABM campaigns that generate revenue growth and pipeline expansion.
1-2 years of people management experience, including mentoring, coaching, and leading a team of ABM specialists or marketers.
Hands-on experience with ABM tools and platforms, such as Demandbase, 6sense, Rollworks or similar technologies.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce
Data-driven mindset, with the ability to leverage analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.) to assess campaign effectiveness and identify areas of opportunity.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across cross-functional teams.
Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
