Responsibilities
Manage corporate accounting operations and build public-company-ready processes
Manage close process, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and SOX 404
Review journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations and flux analysis
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and effectively communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders
Build a high-performance and collaborative team
Engage in ad hoc process improvement projects

Required
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field; CPA required
Big 4 or similar experience required
Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SOX 404
Demonstrated success in working cross-functionally to execute strategic initiatives
Strong leadership and team management skills
Public company, including SOX, experience required
Oversee external audit, ensuring effective execution and timely completion
