Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day guidance to the team, setting and managing expectations (priorities, timelines, etc.).
Facilitate positive, professional relationships with Technology and Business teams.
Assign resources based on skills and fit, aligned with demand.
Present complex information in a simple and concise manner for all levels of the organization.
Partner with Business and Technology Leaders to understand Business Analyst demand and build required capacity. Accurately reflect capacity and demand in Resource Management Tools.
Enable the team to identify true business issues and opportunities and facilitate solutions that deliver intended value.
Define, document, and implement best practices, tools, and templates for the Business Analyst team.
Oversee and/or manage the requirements gathering process, wireframe creation, and user story creation for selected projects.
Create and audit Business Analysis processes and procedures.
Act as a Senior Business Analyst when demand or need arises.
Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Engage comfortably in a client-facing environment.
Directly supervise all Business Analyst employees within the department(s). Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Required
Bachelor’s Degree (BA) from a four-year college or university, or one to two years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office Suite, JIRA, Confluence, Figma (or similar tools).
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (both Agile and Waterfall).
Experience managing multiple projects and tasks.
