Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership Development: Develop and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key technology partners and solution providers within the ecosystem. Identify new partnership opportunities and work with internal stakeholders to drive integration and value creation.
Ecosystem Strategy Execution: Work closely with the Senior Director of Business Development and Alliances to execute on the partner ecosystem strategy, including identifying potential technology partners that align with the company’s product and service offerings.
Joint Go-to-Market Planning: Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to define and implement joint go-to-market strategies with ecosystem partners. Facilitate joint solution development and ensure consistent messaging and value proposition alignment.
Partnership Enablement: Provide enablement and support to internal teams on partner-driven initiatives. Coordinate training, resources, and support to ensure successful partner engagement and seamless collaboration across departments.
Revenue Growth & Business Impact: Drive measurable revenue growth through strategic partnerships by identifying new market opportunities, accelerating co-selling initiatives, and ensuring that both parties achieve their business objectives. Establish KPIs for the partner ecosystem and manage regular performance tracking. Prepare reports and updates for the Senior Director on the progress of partnership initiatives and ecosystem development.
Negotiations & Agreements: Participate in negotiations for partnership agreements, ensuring favorable terms that align with the company’s business goals. Manage contractual relationships and ensure compliance with partnership obligations.
Market & Competitive Analysis: Stay up to date on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Leverage insights to strengthen partnership strategies and to continuously evolve the ecosystem model.

Required
Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to build relationships.
Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
3-5 years of experience in business development, partner management, or alliances, preferably within the technology sector.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to track, report, and optimize partnership performance.
