Responsibilities
Coaching and developing individual BDRs to grow in their careers while attaining and surpassing lead quota and productivity KPIs.
Ensuring that leads passed to sales are converting to qualified opportunities and supporting sales pipeline growth.
Identifying opportunities for improvement across New Sales operations and making recommendations to leadership to optimize processes.
Maintaining a solid understanding of our product offerings and processes to effectively coach reps and increase overall team performance.
Understand our product, including new developments, and how current and future changes will inform the way we sell.
Building out, owning and seeking to constantly improve the onboarding process with sales enablement for your reps.
Owning the number for your team every month with commitment to meet and exceed that number.
Effectively creating, delivering and assessing the success of training with individual BDRs and the team as a whole.
Exercising strong leadership and collaboration skills in team and cross-functional meetings.
