Responsibilities
Owns Chomps’ Microsoft Fabric and Power BI platforms, managing all aspects of data infrastructure and BI development
Lead work stream to create/develop
Data pipelines (including retrieving data via API, ODBC, etc.)
Complex data transformations
Manage BI capability development processes
Field requests from across the organization
Scope and prioritize projects
Obtain leadership alignment on project prioritization
Develop tools and conduct analysis to support Chomps' revenue growth strategy
Accepts responsibility for the organizational goals by taking ownership of new and different duties and identifying new opportunities within the Business Analytics department
Perform ad-hoc analyses as needed or directed

Required
Bachelor degree and/or 6+ years experience in analytics, data science, business intelligence or related field
Strong analytical & communication skills
Experience using data programming languages: i.e. SQL, Python, R
Database administration: SQL server, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, etc.
Must be proficient in developing reporting in Power BI (or equivalent data visualization tool)
CPG experience
Ability to be entrepreneurial and methodical
Results-oriented and process driven, with high expectations of self and team
Collaborative mindset with strength in effectively receiving and communicating feedback
This position requires critical and strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines, and strong customer/channel knowledge
Preferred
Experience with syndicated data/TPM systems preferred?
Working knowledge of Syndicated Data (SPINS, IRI, and/or Nielsen)
