Responsibilities

Leads a diverse team of Marketing & Media professionals and manages resource allocations
Drive Marketing Operations continuous improvement and efficiencies
Lead cross functional teams, process and project improvements
Responsible for consistently meeting campaign execution timelines while meeting quality metrics
Develop and Manage the marketing calendar for the team
Supervise the accuracy and compliance of output for marketing & media materials
Strategic management of partnerships and solution providers
Key leader in determining technologies and partnerships to be leveraged in the content management work. Entails RFP processes, industry best practices and optimal pricing options.
Accountable for Marketing Operations systems, solutions and corresponding Governances
Serves as the agile champion when / where appropriate
Partners with Marketing Strategy, Creative and Media Planning to prioritize transformational and functional work
Develops appropriate positioning and communications to stakeholders as necessary
Provides support to team on any production or process related issues
Manages budget
Ensures a foundational culture of continuous improvement across the entire marketing operations team is embraced and lived into
Ensures delivery of regular Workflow reporting and leverages learnings for training purposes
Ensures appropriate / necessary systems & process reporting

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
5+ years of related experience.
Knowledge of Marketing Operations technologies.
Demonstrated experience in planning, managing and directing employees and/or external vendors.
Prior experiences where attention to detail is exemplified.
Experience managing 3rd party relationships.

Preferred

Advanced degree preferred.
Marketing Operations Leadership experience a plus.
