Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email campaigns.

Implement AI technologies to enhance marketing automation, including customer segmentation, predictive analytics, and personalized content delivery.

Oversee PDx digital ecosystem, ensuring a cohesive online presence across all digital touchpoints, including websites, social media platforms, mobile apps, and digital advertising channels.

Manage and optimize the digital marketing tech stack, including CRM, marketing automation platforms, data analytics tools, and AI solutions.

Use AI and data analytics to monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics, including traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and customer journey insights.

Collaborate with marketing, sales, product development, IT, and other teams to align digital marketing initiatives with broader business objectives.

Work with content creators to develop engaging digital content, ensuring that it is optimized for various platforms and audiences.

Ensure that all digital marketing activities comply with data privacy regulations and industry standards.

Manage relationships with external vendors, technology partners, and digital agencies to ensure the successful execution of digital marketing campaigns and technology integration.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field

5+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing automation, or digital technology management

Proven track record of using AI and data-driven approaches to enhance digital marketing strategies and campaigns

Strong technical skills, with experience in digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and AI solutions

Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills

Preferred

Master’s degree

Background in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
