Responsibilities

Coordinate and execute distributed DTC integrations with enterprise clients

Liaise with sales, product and engineering teams to ensure delivery against project timelines

Participate and demo integrations during pre-sales process

Collect and provide product feedback. Work closely with the product team to prioritize and test new features

Create and monitor open tickets and deliverables from the pertinent teams

Own integration cycle from onboarding to site launch

Partner with internal teams to monitor client trends and client performance and provide guidance to the client on how to optimize the program for their customers

Deliver important client updates in a timely manner

Coordinate and manage productive meetings with clients to keep project timelines on track

Submit tickets for reported bugs, follow up through resolution. Communicate with internal teams and clients as needed for updates.
