Responsibilities
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and executive leadership, to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with overall company objectives
Create written content for various platforms, ensuring all messaging is clear and aligns with our brand voice
Develop and maintain a messaging framework
Execute media relations to help create visibility for the company
Devise external communication strategies for various campaigns
Monitor all communications to guarantee a consistent brand voice and messaging across all platforms
Track media coverage and industry trends to inform strategic decision-making, analyze media coverage and report on the effectiveness of communication efforts
Support social media team by managing regional social media channels.

Required
Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Communications, journalism, or a related field
7-9+ years of experience in communications, public relations, or a related area, preferably in the technology sector
Proven experience in media relations and understanding of the media landscape
Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
Familiarity with media monitoring tools and communication platforms
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft tools, social media platforms, digital communications tools, and experience with content management systems
