Responsibilities

Serve as advisor to market CSO and CEOs across major strategic decisions

Manage annual and multi-year business planning activities for select markets or business unit

Independently lead market assessment and pro-forma development for major capital projects

Develop and maintain market analytics solution(s) deployed across the enterprise, inclusive of managing external vendor relationships

Partner with market operators as well as develop communications for senior executives and Board discussions

Work with senior business leaders to develop data-driven recommendations to complex problems and effectively communicate insights to C-suite of Tenet and USPI

Provide strategic direction and monitor multiple, ongoing initiatives, where some initiatives are unstructured.

Required

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university

Advanced experience with Excel including developing complex scenario-based decision support models/proformas

Significant experience with decision support tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI)

Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems and drive to actionable solutions

Strong verbal and written communications, including presentation skills

5+ years of related work experience in management consulting, financial services, or decision support in healthcare

Strong sense of accountability, including a passion for owning, organizing, and driving multiple projects in parallel and seeing them to full completion

A mastery of a variety of communication modalities is required to include leading meetings, making formal presentations, and writing complex documents and managing complex relationships over time

Preferred

MBA or MHSA

Deep understanding of healthcare services

Ability to organize effectively, solve problems quickly and clearly articulate a position with sound logic and supporting empirical evidence

Proven entrepreneurial spirit, with track record showing a willingness to help drive positive change in your organization

Leadership skills including demonstrated willingness to pursue leadership roles with increasing levels of accountability comfort with decision-making responsibilities, and the ability to inspire and build confidence in others and to forge alliances and garner support
