Responsibilities

Individual contributor who can build and cultivate relationships internally and externally to advance ADA’s health equity initiatives.
Collaboration across the enterprise to drive and ensure completion of programmatic work supporting initiatives focused on addressing disparities and barriers to health and wellness in communities.
Adept at forward thinking and taking the initiative to identify gaps or areas of opportunity related to programmatic work led by the OHE.
Initiator and creator of innovative solutions and ideas informed, often using technology to efficiently and effectively complete work.
Representative of the OHE at internal-facing meetings and occasionally at external meetings.
Other duties as assigned.

Required

Account and relationship management experience.
2 years of progressive experience in community engagement and community health promotion.
Ability to work within and across spheres of influence, to include C-suite leaders.
Ability to pay attention to detail.
Ability to meet goals on or ahead of schedule.
Ability to measure outcomes of initiatives and pivot as needed.
Ability to develop creative and comprehensive stewardship reviews and impact reports.
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Executive presence.

Preferred

Bachelor’s degree, master’s in public or population health or a science-related discipline is preferred.
