Responsibilities

Inspire and develop a team with coaching, feedback and developmental opportunities
Empower the team to drive innovation, creating an environment of collaboration, role clarity and continuous learning
Develop strategic and operational plans in alignment with cross-functional stakeholders, guide partners in crafting goals in alignment with plans, manage execution to deliver and measure results
Manage 3rd party vendors, including relationship management, strategy, quality, process refinement, system escalations, contract renewals and system enhancements
Proactively adapt and manage operations (including solving critical issues and gaps) with agility including re-prioritizing work, managing team capacity, understanding and assessing impacts and value of re-prioritization
Embed continuous improvement, including automation, into the team’s ways of working impacting efficiency, scalability and effectiveness of processes
Evolve metrics to measure team and individual performance with a focus on timeliness, quality and efficiency in alignment with department metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Influence, advocate and develop plans to effectively lead the team, customers and stakeholders through change
Leverage expertise in building and establishing relationships across multiple levels, both within and external to the organization to align business priorities, stay up to date on policies and regulations for operational excellence

Required

5 years experience in Human Resources and other related functions
3 years consulting with internal clients to identify business needs and recommended solutions
3 years project management
3 years team management
3 years budget planning and management
3 years contract review and plan document preparation
