Responsibilities
Serve as a key HRIS applications resource, leading the design, architecture, implementation and deployment of new functionality ensuring it aligns with business objectives.
Lead all aspects of the configuration, customization, and deployment of Workday modules (Core HR, Recruiting, Compensation (Advanced), Payroll, Time Tracking, Talent Management, and Absence).
Drive the implementation of HRIS solutions, ensuring seamless integration with enterprise applications and systems, including but not limited to Workday, Culture Amp, Greenhouse and Tristar.
Continuously evaluate and optimize HRIS processes to improve efficiency and user satisfaction.
Develop and enforce best practices for application usage across the organization.
Work with Workday SMEs, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
Collaborate with the People Team and other departments to align initiatives with organizational goals.
Architect and lead HRIS-related projects, including planning, execution, deployment and monitoring.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation and training materials.
Oversee data integrity, security, and compliance within the HRIS systems.

Required
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in Workday HCM implementation and management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Deep expertise in Workday HCM and its related modules.
Proficiency in system integration, data management, and reporting within HRIS applications.
Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
Preferred
Working knowledge of Culture Amp, Greenhouse, Tristar and Looker.
