Responsibilities

Initiates and champions company projects related to the reporting, analytics as assigned, as well as ad hoc report requests from various members of the management team to increase the availability and quality of information needed to make business decisions.

Partners with corporate teams aimed to support product and system related issues identified through analysis to drive change to service models, technology and products.

Directs the activities of personnel in the production and distribution of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual operations reports, and dashboards, including the coordination of data collection with several partners, to provide data essential to management of operations.

Provides proactive research, analysis, and recommendations on key statistical measures (i.e. client retention, client satisfaction, revenue) to improve company performance.

Delivers strategic insights through the creation and delivery of the monthly stats package for senior/executive management.

Assists managers by creating performance based metrics to track and measure the results of key marketing.

Recruits, selects, hires, and evaluates performance of personnel to ensure all department needs are handled appropriately. Counsels and develops staff for personal and corporate advancement through career development, training programs and other resources as required for professional advancement.
