Responsibilities
Ensure accurate and complete data in the CMDB and optimized ITOM processes.
Drive continuous maturity in support of business needs and strategy.
Lead the execution of the strategy and vision for the ITOM platform.
Oversee the team of Assurant engineers.
Facilitate presentations, meetings, and discussions to all levels of the organization.

Required
5+ years of ServiceNow technical experience
3+ years of managing or leading people is desired
Experience with CMDB is highly desired
Experience defining and developing product roadmaps
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in technology discipline
Professional certifications
Developing a product catalog of services
Configuring, developing, recommending system changes and implementing policies around IT Service Management
Developing technical knowledge documentation and presenting to technical associates
Mentoring and coaching staff to stay aligned with long-term strategic goals
Facilitating presentations, meetings, and discussions to all levels of the organization
Proficiency with the Microsoft office suite of tools
Proficient with building relationships, and collaborating across and extended enterprise (employee, partners, and customers)
