Responsibilities

Assist in the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Knowledge Management (KM) Program including system migrations, systems maintenance, fostering continuous systems and program improvement, data integrity and User Experience (UX)

Collaborate with internal and cross-functional teams to capture and integrate their data, information, and knowledge into the KM system

Manage projects including schedule, budget, logistics, and resource planning

Evaluate performance metrics against project deliverables, particularly focusing on improving content quality adherence

Own the oversight, mentorship, and development of a team of colleagues

Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

Other duties as assigned
