Responsibilities

Create and implement comprehensive plans to identify, onboard, and engage KOLs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and clinical initiatives.

Facilitate KOL participation in training, advisory boards, and projects, including contract negotiations and honorarium management, while ensuring compliance with organizational policies.

Build and maintain relationships with professional societies, fostering collaborations that advance organizational goals and enhance brand recognition.

Identify abstract opportunities, develop compelling content, and manage KOL involvement in key industry events to showcase expertise and drive engagement.

Partner with internal teams (e.g., marketing, sales, product management) to align KOL and society engagement strategies with broader business objectives.

Conduct market research, analyze program effectiveness, and refine strategies to improve ROI and achieve operational excellence.

Manage budgets for KOL programming and society engagements, ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines, compliance policies, and quality standards.

Maintain and expand professional knowledge by attending workshops, reviewing industry publications, and participating in professional societies to support organizational growth.
