Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of L&D professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Develop and implement a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with Tactacam’s business goals and objectives.
Manage the L&D budget and resources effectively.
Oversee the design and development of a wide range of learning programs, including onboarding, product training, sales enablement, customer service, leadership development, and compliance training.
Ensure learning solutions are engaging, interactive, and incorporate adult learning principles and best practices.
Leverage technology and multimedia to enhance learning experiences.
Administer and optimize the Absorb LMS platform, ensuring effective content management, user experience, and reporting.
Develop and maintain LMS usage guidelines and best practices.
Troubleshoot LMS issues and provide support to users.
Facilitate training programs as needed, both in-person and virtually.
Establish and track key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make data-driven improvements.
Stay abreast of emerging L&D trends and technologies.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field
5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, with at least 2 years in a management role
Proven experience designing and developing a variety of learning solutions
Strong familiarity with Absorb LMS or a similar learning management system
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Strong project management and organizational skills
Passion for learning and development and a commitment to driving business results
Preferred
Master’s degree in a related field
Experience with eLearning authoring tools
