Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive learning strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives.
Coordinate and oversee talent management programs, including employee and leadership development, performance management and all core talent processes.
Create standardized reporting and leverage data analytics to report on headcount management, budget tracking, workforce trends, employee performance, and engagement.
Develop data-driven strategies to optimize our learning and talent programming.
Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs, workshops, and e-learning courses to meet the needs of employees at all levels.
Oversee special projects related to learning and development and talent management, ensuring timely completion and alignment with strategic goals.
Manage budgets for training and development activities, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
Maintain relationships with external training vendors and consultants, ensuring high-quality services and materials.
Work closely with HR, management, and other stakeholders to identify training needs and develop tailored solutions.

Required
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in learning and development, talent management, or a related field.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Tableau).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to design and deliver effective training programs.
Knowledge of talent management practices and strategies.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
