Responsibilities

Implement and manage technology tools such as contract management and ticketing systems, while collecting, analyzing and reporting on key metrics, trends, and common FAQs to support data-driven decision making.

Drive operational efficiencies by developing scalable, capacity-building processes.

Build and maintain project plans for initiatives such as development and tracking of OKRs to ensure team adherence to timelines and key deliverables.

Assist with building presentations and decks for internal stakeholders.

Provide support around contracting efforts, including organizing and maintaining contract templates, managing contract requests, reviewing standard documents such as NDAs and vendor agreements, and ensuring efficient document handling.

Required

At least 4 years of experience in legal operations with a strong understanding of startup environments, including project management and contract workflows.

Proven ability to implement and manage technology tools, streamline workflows and drive projects to completion.

Analytical mindset and solution-driven, with experience in building scalable processes, managing key metrics, and identifying opportunities for efficiency and improvement.

Highly organized, detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities with a collaborative mindset that works well cross-functionally across teams.
