Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional team results according to defined monthly, quarterly, and annual productivity measures; such as, MQL conversion, meetings booked, pipeline generated etc.

Inspire, lead, and coach your team to success, through regular feedback and training

Collaborate with marketing and sales organizations to ensure alignment of goals and successful execution of lead-generation campaigns

Collect, analyze, and report data around team, individual, and operational performance

Lead in the hiring, onboarding, and development of new MDR’s

Become an expert in the tools and technology we use to execute and track MDR activities

Partner with the sales enablement team to ensure MDRs receive relevant, effective training that equips them with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed

Identify gaps in current processes and continually improve and implement best practices to increase efficiency and effectiveness

Stay informed on industry trends and competitive analysis to inform outreach strategies and increase effectiveness

Required

3-5 years of related sales or market development experience

1 or more years of experience in a leadership or management role

Ability to coach and manage a team of entry-or-junior level sales reps, with varying skill sets and needs

Demonstrates strong critical thinking for effective decision making

Strong attention to detail

Passionate about data and operational excellence

Ability to work cross functionally with business partners and senior leadership

A positive attitude, with tons of energy, enthusiasm, humor, and compassion
