Responsibilities
Deliver paid media campaigns that meet paid KPIs for client campaigns
Ownership of paid media execution across social, video and display, including planning, setup, delivery, and final metric reporting for multiple clients
Ongoing optimization or paid media planning and delivery to meet KPIs at most effective cost, including in-campaign optimization
Support Business Development team in RFP response and planning
Participate in discussions to evaluate new paid capabilities
Track and evaluate new paid capabilities and tools at Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and integrate into client campaigns as appropriate
Provide Campaigns with accurate, timely paid media results to enable Campaign tracking against KPIs and trade-offs on Campaign tactics
Consistently evaluate & improve paid media processes and workflows
Comprehensive campaign reporting for client campaigns, through the campaign lifecycle
Ownership of overall campaign metrics reporting, including reporting organic metrics, progress to KPIs, and final metrics reporting
Development of early & mid-campaign reports and insights for clients
Metrics breakouts and analysis, as requested by clients
Ownership of final report creation and delivery, working with Campaigns and Business Development teams. Participate in final report meetings with clients
Build and manage appropriate tools integrate reporting and paid media into campaigns workflow
Track, monitor and analyze campaign data and paid media data to generate insights across campaigns and inform planning tools
Maintain appropriate benchmarks to paid media, influencer compensation, organic metrics, for inclusion in client reporting and to evaluate campaign performance
Evolve company campaign reports to enhance insights for clients, including ROI
Ad hoc data analysis and reporting to support company initiatives and strategy

Required
Bachelor’s Degree
2-5 years managing paid social on Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest, with client-facing experience preferred, multi-brand or agency with multiple clients preferred
Experience drawing conclusions and insight from data
Experience communicating complex ideas and conclusions in a clear and concise way
Experience managing multiple projects, multiple stakeholders and multiple priorities simultaneously, while maintaining high quality and timely delivery
Born problem solver who is resourceful and excited to tackle interesting and new challenges
Preferred
Client-facing experience preferred, multi-brand or agency with multiple clients preferred
Influencer marketing experience preferred
Passionate about social media marketing and understanding its value for brands
