Responsibilities

Provide technical oversight and drive new features with a focus on Garner's strategic mission

Required

4+ years experience as an engineering leader with a track record of translating ambiguous business requirements into scalable solutions and new product features

Strong leadership skills with an ability to inspire, motivate, mentor, and retain top engineering talent

Proven ability to influence without authority (e.g. driving process improvements, spearheading architecture enhancements, etc.)

Familiarity with web application development, API design and cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, GCP)

Strong sense of ownership and proactive problem-solving mindset

A willingness to 'roll up your sleeves' and do whatever is necessary to ensure company success

Experience working in a rapidly evolving startup environment
