Responsibilities

Hire, coach and develop early-in-career sales talent
Inspire, lead, coach and engage the SDR team to consistently overachieve targets
Provide career development to accelerate career progression
Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of process, efficiency and productivity
Collaborate and align with Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations and Talent Acquisition to drive the revenue growth and talent pipeline for the business
Consistently innovate to keep the team's processes and methodologies agile and ahead of the market
Be an ambassador of the Monograph culture and values
All other duties as assigned.

Required

4+ years SaaS sales experience, plus 2+ years experience managing an SDR team
Passionate about managing and growing a team of sales professionals
Track record of building great teams and sales environments
Experience leading teams to consistent overachievement of quota attainment
Knowledge of different sales methodologies and a curiosity to be proactive and creative in new and different methods to reach success
Analytical acumen, strong at identifying growth opportunities using data
Demonstrable experience in demand generation and lead flow management
Drive to improve sales efficiency and performance
Experience working with sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Gong and business intelligence tools such as Looker or Tableau
Revenue obsessed
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and rapidly prioritize and adapt to changing initiatives
Possess a startup mentality - moving quickly, thinking strategically, and motivated to go above and beyond
Excellent presentation, verbal, written and listening communication skills with ability to work cross-functionally across sales, customer experience, marketing, operations and product departments.
Proven track record of managing a remote SDR team
