Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of BDRs ensuring they meet and exceed sales targets. Provide ongoing coaching through one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and skill development sessions.
Set and monitor BDR performance metrics, including calls, emails, meetings booked, and lead generation. Use data-driven analysis to identify areas of improvement and optimize team performance.
Work closely with the Head of Sales Enablement and Sales Leaders to refine outbound sales strategies, ensuring alignment with the company’s broader goals. Lead efforts to develop scripts, messaging, and outreach tactics tailored to our target verticals.
Oversee the onboarding of new BDRs, delivering training on product knowledge, sales techniques, and effective use of sales tools like HubSpot and Clay. Continuously assess and enhance the team's skills to maintain competitiveness.
Ensure adherence to sales processes, optimizing workflows, and improving the efficiency of CRM and sales engagement tools. Facilitate smooth handoffs between BDRs and Account Executives for seamless progression through the sales funnel.
Partner with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to align on lead generation strategies and refine outreach tactics based on market and industry trends.
Be the technical go-to leader, leveraging advanced sales tools to drive performance, including being a Certified Clay Expert.

Required
Minimum of 12 months of B2B Enterprise SaaS sales experience, preferably in a technical product or AI-driven environment.
Proven track record in scaling and managing a BDR team.
Must be a Certified Clay Expert with deep experience using tools like ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator or similar sales prospecting platforms.
Ability to craft and maintain sales cadences that drive consistent success across the team.
Strong analytical skills with a focus on using data to monitor performance and optimize team efficiency.
Passionate about achieving ambitious goals and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence within the team.
Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
