Responsibilities
Define, analyze, and report on revenue, profitability, and operational performance metrics to maximize product performance and achieve business goals.
Ensure the Centermark analytics platform provides actionable insights with intuitive metrics and a user-friendly interface to enable internal teams and customers to make data-driven decisions that enhance efficiency and drive growth.
Lead profit and growth initiatives that align with Enspire's EBITDA goals, ensuring sustained product success and scalability.
Conduct competitive analyses and gather customer insights to define and prioritize the product roadmap in alignment with market demands.
Collaborate with Research and Development, as well as cross-functional teams, to develop and launch innovative solutions that address evolving customer needs.
Oversee strategic vendor and supplier relationships, ensuring optimal performance, value exchange, and alignment with Enspire’s objectives.
Evaluate the performance of top client SEO programs, identify market opportunities, and recommend strategic adjustments to capture greater market share and ROI.
Develop detailed playbooks for Sales & Client Services teams to execute, ensuring the seamless implementation of tailored SEO strategies.
Analyze new prospect opportunities and support the sales team with strategic insights and impactful sales presentations.
Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of SEO Specialists & Content Writers, fostering engagement, professional development, and alignment with Enspire's objectives.
Ensure the team meets and exceeds productivity and quality benchmarks, delivering exceptional results for clients.
Serve as the go-to internal expert, empowering Sales and Client Service teams to communicate the value of Enspire’s solutions effectively and drive sales/upsell opportunities.
Enhance Enspire's presence and credibility as a digital marketing authority, leveraging both online and offline techniques to engage stakeholders and establish thought leadership in the industry.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology Management, or a related field
7+ years of experience in SEO product management, campaign management, or product development with a proven track record of success
5+ years of experience managing SEO fulfillment operations, including team leadership and client delivery
Extensive expertise in SEO and digital marketing, with a thorough understanding of industry trends, best practices, and comprehensive knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO strategies
Advanced proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power BI, Bing Places, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Google Search Console, Google Business Profile, Moz and/or other digital marketing platforms
Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively, fostering collaboration and driving results
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex digital marketing strategies into actionable insights for clients
Demonstrated success in using influence and collaboration to ensure cross-functional teams deliver quality work on time
Highly skilled in analyzing data, generating insights, and crafting data-driven strategies that achieve measurable client objectives
Strong time-management skills with the ability to balance competing priorities and meet tight deadlines
Creative problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities, with a proactive and self-driven approach to challenges
A team player with a collaborative mindset, dedicated to fostering a positive and productive work environment
Motivated, innovative, and able to drive continuous improvement across processes and strategies
