Responsibilities

Responsible for all workflow codes changes and any required scripting, with a preference for 'out-of-box' functionality to facilitate accepting upgrades, improved development velocity, and minimizing tech debt.

Create and maintain REACT.JS user interfaces served from within ServiceNow.

When necessary, create well-formed, easy to read scripts with comments explaining the functionality.

Development of additional features and enhancement to FSO suite of modules, including: CSM, Next Gen Experience, ATF, Change, APP Engine, UI Builder, Flow Designer, Decision Builder, Integration Hub, and Performance Analytics.

Work extensively in Integration Hub on external integrations in partnership with the data engineering team using Web Services over SOAP, REST, and Graph.

Creation of design documents, test cases & Unit testing, and regression suites.

Work with the Product Manager to manage the backlog and prioritize work.

Create an agile environment and allocate work accordingly amongst the team.

Ability to architect with security up front a must.
