Responsibilities
Drive the execution and delivery of features by collaborating with cross-functional teams
Experience with short release cycles, feature toggle implementations, and continuous integration
Responsible for development process improvement and removing impediments
Contribute to development tasks such as coding and feature verifications
Coach and mentor leads through technical and non-technical challenges

Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems or related field, or equivalent work experience
6+ years of experience in software development
Experience leading a team
Working knowledge of unit testing, user stories or use cases, design patterns or equivalent experience, and object-oriented software design
Advanced knowledge of Salesforce.com CRM platform
Experience with developing using Apex, Flows, Lightning components, and integrations with third parties using platform events
Proven advocate for best practices in software design and development
Preferred
Salesforce certification(s)
Experience as a technical or team lead or equivalent experience
