Responsibilities
Team Building: Develop and lead a strong cross-functional team focused on cyber intelligence data collection and exploitation.
Product Development: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of cyber data products, from ideation to prototype to production.
Application Development: Design and build scalable, reliable data-intensive applications for collecting and warehousing cyber intelligence.
Cybersecurity Practices: Implement cybersecurity best practices to operationalize data collection while managing attribution and internet fingerprints.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for automation and enhancement of data collection applications from various online sources.
Collaboration: Work closely with engineers and cybersecurity specialists, leveraging your communication skills to ensure effective teamwork.

Required
5+ years of proven experience in engineering leadership roles, either as a tech lead or engineering manager.
Strong technical expertise in building ETL pipelines and designing APIs.
Solid understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals and operational security.
High ethical standards for handling sensitive data, ensuring adherence to data privacy rules and compliance standards.
Willingness to travel up to 15%.
Excellent communication skills, teamwork abilities, and project ownership.
U.S. Citizenship (required to access U.S.-only data systems).
Experience in data scraping or a strong desire to learn.
Background in offensive or defensive cybersecurity teams.
Proficiency with PostgreSQL and OpenSearch/Elasticsearch.
Familiarity with Temporal.io or similar technologies.
