Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a diverse, cross-functional engineering team of 6-8 engineers, ensuring a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance culture.

Drive the strategic vision and roadmap for the team, aligning with broader organizational goals and customer needs.

Partner with product managers, architects, and other engineering leaders to define and execute complex platform features.

Work closely with infrastructure and application teams to design and implement a scalable, secure, and performant split-plane framework.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement, focusing on building high-quality software while balancing innovation and technical debt management.

Coach and develop engineers at all levels, helping them grow in their careers and deliver impactful, innovative solutions.

Required

2+ years of leading software engineering teams, with a track record of successfully delivering complex, high-quality software solutions.

Strong experience developing and deploying microservice architectures, including tools like Kubernetes, Helm, Argo, and GitLab.

Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure) and basic networking concepts such as VPNs, IP subnets, and routing.

Proficiency with Golang, Java, and JavaScript (or similar).

Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
