Responsibilities
Collaborate on highly visible and cross-functional projects to help prioritize resources and to aid in strategic decision making
Provide guidance and strategic recommendations to influence our leaders on financial strategies, investments, and resource allocation decisions, leveraging an in-depth understanding of the Company's financials
Assist in modeling longer-term business initiatives and provide recommendations that aid decision making
Perform deep-dive analyses that drive actionable insights and recommendations for growth and optimization
Help define and create a ROI framework used for capital allocation decisions
Partner with several business partners to assist with on-going and ad-hoc reporting and decision support
Mentor and develop the strategic finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability

Required
5-7 years of work experience in Financial Services (Investment Banking, Asset Management, etc.) Consulting or other Corporate/Strategic Finance role
Advanced Excel and Presentation building skills with experience in financial modeling and presentation materials
Proactive, thoughtful, & highly organized; able to work under tight deadlines while maintaining impeccable attention to detail
Comfort working cross-functionally, communicating complex financial information to non-finance audiences
Self-motivated with a passion for taking ownership of your work and delivering outcomes
Positive attitude, optimism and willingness to learn
BA or BS in Finance, Accounting, or quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, economics)
Preferred
Experience with a subscription related business is a plus
Prior people management experience a plus
