Responsibilities
Define and implement strategies that will deliver both short-term results and longer-term competitiveness in this ever-changing market environment
Broaden your knowledge across a breadth of topics while developing relationships with clients and colleagues across the firm
Manage at least one major workstream of the business design
Implement or manage planning technology (e.g., SAP IBP, Kinaxis, O9, E2Open, Oracle EPM, etc.)
Manage proposal writing efforts
Participate in pitches for consulting work
Develop new business within existing accounts through client relationships
Lead teams and mentor colleagues
Perform functional day to day planning
Conduct demand forecasting
Execute distribution requirements planning
Oversee rough cut capacity planning
Manage inventory
Design, implement and execute SIOP/S&OP
Drive E2E planning transformation

Required
Insightful, inquisitive, collaborative
Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Have functional experience in one or more of the following areas: Supply chain/ Logistics planning, Demand planning, Supply planning, Materials planning, Inventory planning, Capacity planning, Production Scheduling, Sales Planning and Customer Logistics, Business/ Long term network capacity planning
Functional day to day planning (e.g., reference functional experience above)
Demand Forecasting
Distribution requirements planning
Rough cut capacity planning
Inventory Management
SIOP/ S&OP Design, Implementation and Execution
E2E Planning Transformation
Experience implementing or managing planning technology (e.g., SAP IBP, Kinaxis, O9, E2Open, Oracle EPM, etc.)
Are located near or willing to relocate to Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, New York, Toronto, or Washington, DC
Fluent in English
Experience working as a Management Consultant required
Experience managing proposal writing efforts; participating in pitches for consulting work; developing new business within existing accounts through client relationships
Passion for leading teams and mentoring colleagues
Have managed at least one major workstream of the business design
Preferred
MBA degree preferred with 8+ years of professional experience
