Responsibilities

Oversee the full lifecycle recruitment process for the organization.

Ensure hiring targets are met in a timely manner, reducing Time-to-Fill while maintaining high-quality standards.

Develop and implement strategic talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Solve current challenges related to TAT (turn-around-time), team development, and recruitment metrics.

Streamline recruitment processes across the organization, implementing standardized workflows.

Optimize the use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for better efficiency.

Manage a team of talent acquisition professionals, providing guidance and support for their professional development.

Foster a collaborative environment to encourage high performance within the team.

Collaborate with various departments and hiring managers to ensure effective communication and support.

Build talent pipelines and ensure a high-quality candidate experience through effective engagement.

Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to senior management on hiring progress and challenges.

Execute key deliverables on the Talent Acquisition Roadmap.
