Responsibilities

Oversee the talent acquisition strategy, including the development and implementation of strategies to attract top talent and meet business objectives.

Design and executing data-driven sourcing and recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates across all functions leveraging market insights to anticipate hiring trends and ensure a proactive approach to talent needs.

Cultivate a culture of excellence and developing clear objectives for talent, building relationships with key individuals, vendors, and stakeholders.

Manage the Talent Team, providing guidance, coaching, and career development to optimize team performance and ensure a cohesive Talent strategy

Provide Senior Leaders with support and consultation across the business on complex issues including strategic workforce planning and compensation.

Provide Senior Leaders with useful data to help guide decision making and allowing the company to scale effectively and efficiently

Maintain knowledge of industry trends and best practices for continuous improvement.
