Responsibilities

Serve as a member of the Salesforce Commerce Cloud support team.

Manage support team to achieve business objectives including the attainment of targets for customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction, service levels, resolution time, and project deadlines.

Possess a strong understanding of web-based server-side technologies, including full-stack troubleshooting across Application, Web, and Database layers.

Ability to jump on customer bridges and manage customer expectations as well as support customer escalations.

Effectively represent the Support department on cross-organizational teams to deliver on organizational objectives.

Participate in supporting and troubleshooting Commerce applications built using the Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform and API.
