Responsibilities
Design and maintain testing strategies and frameworks, focusing on contact center solutions.
Lead the QA engineer team and manage each team member's career and technical growth.
Collaborate with developers to ensure comprehensive test coverage across platforms, including Salesforce.
Analyze test results, especially from contact center environments, and recommend improvements.
Efficiently allocate resources for optimal performance.
Keep stakeholders informed of progress and challenges.
Uphold testing standards and best practices.
Identify potential risks and uncertainties associated with testing activities and develop mitigation strategies.

Required
Mastery in formulating and executing test strategies.
Knowledge of various testing types and methodologies.
Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA).
Experience in team management and mentorship.
Understanding of both manual and automated testing.
Bachelor’s degree in related field or 10 years of equivalent experience.
7+ years of experience in software testing.
2+ years of experience managing a team.
Preferred
Lean Six Sigma certification preferred but not required.
