Responsibilities

Leads a team delivering the daily Total Rewards administration operations for a specific region

Assists the Knowledge and Quality Lead, and in collaboration with the Total Rewards Center of Excellence (CoE), with creating and maintaining accurate and robust knowledge for our Service Partners and associates related to Total Rewards

Partners with the Core HR Global Process Owner (GPO), Service Delivery Team and Total Rewards Center of Excellence (CoE) to map and document Service Delivery processes and identify continuous improvement opportunities

Serves as the Total Rewards point of contact for the Americas Shared Service Delivery Teams

Acts as SME and executes Leave of Absence and ADA accommodations requests for associates

Ensures optimal relationships with business partners and Center of Excellence (COE) Teams

Upholds consistent application of policies and procedures

Manages the team’s assigned caseload in the ticketing system

Measures Total Rewards Administration impact and continuous improvement opportunities
