Responsibilities
Leading efforts to evaluate and optimize experiments and strategies across stores, by creating visual reports, KPI scorecards, and dashboards.
Collaborating with business & product partners to understand goals, decipher challenges, and develop success criteria.
Provide end-to-end analytical support for complex initiatives up to the executive level.
Driving adoption of customer identity initiatives in store environments, focusing on improving customer experiences and monetization.
Drive, build, and develop advanced analytics capabilities by integrating disparate data sources and leveraging analytics best practices, that will unearth insights and enable users to make better business decisions influencing business and product strategy.
Sharing actionable insights through clear data visualization and compelling narratives to various stakeholders.
Prioritizing efforts on high-impact items that drive business outcomes.
Demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills across diverse stakeholders, with the ability to negotiate and influence others effectively.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in business, statistics, computer science or related field and 4+ years' experience in data modeling, data analytics, or related field OR 6+ years of experience in data modeling, data analytics or related field
Advanced understanding of SQL and experience working with large datasets
Experience with one or more data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, etc.
High proficiency with Excel, Power Point, etc.
Deep analytical abilities, both quantitative and qualitative, and a track record of applying these to inform effective and successful business decisions
Preferred
MBA or master’s degree in business, statistics or a related technical field
Background in Retail, Product and/or Digital Analytics
Retail and/or eCommerce and omni-channel experience
People and team management experience
Certificate in business analytics, data mining, or statistical analysis
Masters: Business Administration, Masters: Information Systems, Masters: Statistics
