Responsibilities

Creating professional relationships with internal (PHM) and external (client team, partner agencies/consulting groups) stakeholders by communicating and delivering on all data needs for which BI is responsible

Ensuring the accuracy of internal data sources and third-party vendors/data streams that comprise the custom measurement platform while keeping work streams on task within established timelines and delivery dates

Synthesizing data into insights about the success of programs in transforming the behavior of the target audience while identifying opportunities for optimization and enhancement

Utilizing recommendations as the foundation for presentations, reports, and client deliverables in face-to-face settings or via WebEx/teleconference

Providing guidance to direct reports, internal teams, and 3rd party partners to maintain high-quality products and adhere to deliverable schedules

Supporting new business initiatives through case study development, presentation of findings, and overview of prior success/learning

Required

Bachelor’s Degree (preferably a BS in a related field) is required

3 to 5 years of work experience in data/analytics consulting and quantitative marketing/analysis (healthcare, pharmaceuticals and life sciences experience but not necessarily a requirement)
