Responsibilities
Hire, coach, and lead a high-performing sales team, motivating and empowering them to consistently meet and exceed quota.
Drive the team to sales growth through implementing new business opportunities and upsell/cross-sell strategies.
Leverage data insights, customer intents, and adoption history to effectively prospect new clients and enhance retention strategies, leading to improved conversion rates in new business pipeline and increased retention and expansion of existing clients.
Analyze and track weekly sales activities to help account executives capitalize on buying trends and patterns in their target region.
Conduct quarterly territory plan reviews providing strategic guidance and actionable tactics.
Lead overall sales process and drive accountability to KPIs and sales stages.
Deliver detailed and accurate monthly and quarterly sales forecasts.
Maintain thorough knowledge of Zendesk solutions, staying current with competitive landscape and industry trends.
Deliver QBR presentations to executives and redefine strategy based on needs and future goals.
Own accountability for your success and the success of your team.

Required
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience required.
At least 7 years sales experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a Sales Management role with a proven ability to inspire, coach and motivate a sales team.
Strong, consistent track record of achieving targets & quota achievement in 2 of the last 3 years; President’s club membership is a plus.
Strong understanding of the Commercial market and SaaS industry.
Expertise in navigating complex sales cycles and renewals, including multi-month, value-centric processes with proof of concept stages.
Ability to forecast accurately and drive pipeline development and management.
Experienced in value selling across all stages of the sales cycle.
Exceptional time management, communication and presentation skills.
Ability to establish relationships with C-suite internally and externally.
An entrepreneurial spirit, strong collaboration skills, and a drive for continuous professional growth.
Familiarity with key Sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Clari, Seismic and Looker.
Ability to travel as necessary.
Preferred
President’s club membership is a plus.
