Responsibilities
Responsible for schematics capture, layout checking, BOM generating, and debugging and testing of server motherboards/add-on cards/backplane products
Collaborate with various engineering teams to solve engineering issues and enhance product quality
Prepare technical documentation including product specifications, layout instructions, and test procedures
Ensure products conform to engineering specifications, regulations, and customer expectations
Provide technical support to contract manufacturers and production department
Work closely with sales and customers to provide integration support and engage with customers at various levels

Required
Master's degree in electrical engineering with 7 years or Bachelor with 10 years of experience working with x86 server / workstation boards is preferred
Deep understanding of x86 architecture; Comprehensive knowledge on the PCB layout, debugging tools and software, oscilloscope, logic analyzer, etc.
In-depth knowledge of PCB layout, OrCAD/Allegro tools, circuit design, and PCB structure
Knowledge of high speed circuit design and voltage regular circuit design
Familiar with digital scope and high speed bus measurement
Excellent organizational skills, problem-solving capability, and strong ability to adopt and learn new notions and technologies
Self-motivated and enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced environment
