Responsibilities
Manage, coach, and scale a team of Account Executives to achieve and exceed quarterly targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand market presence and win within the enterprise segment.
Lead and mentor sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
Effectively communicate the value of Rippling's platform to prospects and ensure accurate sales documentation.
Collaborate with pre-sales, solution consulting, and implementation teams for successful client engagements.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and provide regular sales forecasts and reports.
Monitor sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and participate in hiring and training processes.

Required
An experienced sales manager with 3-5 years of experience in SaaS sales
A top performer with a consistent track record of exceeding targets
Able to accurately forecast team performance
Able to manage individual performance improvement
Motivated with a desire to learn and have a strong work ethic
Experience selling HRIS/HCM software and/or selling related products
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
