Responsibilities
Guide a Global team of 3-5 CSA’s in executing programs to scale the business and implement best practices
Recruit top talent to enhance CloudGuard product adoption, business growth, and ARR protection
Develop strong cross-functional relationships with peers in Sales, Product, Support, Services, and R&D
Serve as a thought leader on customer adoption, maturity, and opportunities, both externally and internally

Required
10+ years experience in customer-facing roles involving cloud SaaS solutions. Security experience highly preferred. Pre-sales experience is a plus.
Strong team management skills during and post-incident response and the ability to influence client's choices
Highly motivated self-starter with competitive personality and strong attention to detail
Team player with a desire and ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented high growth sales environment
Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills
Enthusiastic and creative leader with the ability to inspire others
Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure Certifications or equivalent experience is required
Preferred
Security experience in customer-facing roles involving cloud SaaS solutions
Pre-sales experience
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline is desirable but not required
