Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies to enhance leadership effectiveness across the organization, ensuring leaders are equipped to drive performance and foster a positive organizational culture.
Design and deliver a democratized learning strategy that integrates multiple learning modalities into the flow of work, making learning accessible and relevant for all employees.
Deliver scalable leadership development solutions that meet the needs of a diverse and growing workforce, ensuring consistent and impactful learning experiences.
Conduct comprehensive employee experience mapping to understand key touchpoints and develop strategies to improve the overall employee experience.
Own and manage the train-the-trainer program to build HRBP capabilities, ensuring HRBPs are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to support talent management, performance management, and succession planning.
Own and optimize the HR tech stack for learning, including collaboration learning tools and the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring they support strategic learning and development initiatives.
Influence multiple levels within the organization, from frontline employees to senior leaders, to drive the adoption of leadership development initiatives and enhance employee experience.
Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure the delivery of high-quality learning and development solutions, negotiating contracts and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational development, business administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on leadership development, employee experience, and HR technology.
Proven track record of leading and implementing large-scale learning and development initiatives.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in HR technology and tools, including experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and collaboration learning tools.
Preferred
Master’s degree in human resources, organizational development, business administration, or a related field.
