Responsibilities

Maintain residuals/commissions processes across multiple legacy platforms.

Enhance data offerings to other operational team environments.

Leverage payment structure knowledge to target revenue enhancements.

Mentor and cross-train best practices and structures cross functionally.

Innovate to solve enterprise-wide problems.

Become the knowledge source of existing platforms to convert legacy to preferred and convert acquired to preferred systems.

Analyze internal and external trends to look for iterative improvements to existing processes.

Perform other duties as assigned.
