Responsibilities

Extensive knowledge of operations roles within a professional services firm or corporate environment
Extensive knowledge in areas such as operations strategy, supply chain strategy/management, manufacturing strategy, logistics/distribution, etc.
Proven abilities in leadership, strategic thinking, problem solving, and individual initiative
Strong quantitative analysis skills using Excel and/or Access
Executive level presentation and communication skills
Experience working with senior executives and leading teams
Entrepreneurial mindset to solve ambiguous problems
Experience advising and collaborating with consultants and project managers
Experience in defining business cases for change and organizational design
Ability to develop and grow strategic client relationships
