Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact for clients, third-party vendors, and internal departments regarding paid search in the unit.

Manage and oversee analysts under the guidance of account leadership.

Develop and execute market strategies for marketplace media campaigns, including creating strategic roadmaps, test plans, and risk/benefit analysis.

Translate client objectives into strategy and tactics for marketplace media campaigns.

Utilize analytical reasoning, data analysis, and problem-solving skills to manage campaigns efficiently.

Provide proactive management and coaching to specialists supporting the account, including performance evaluations and feedback.

Required

2+ years managing Amazon / Marketplace media.

In-Platform experience with Sponsored Ads, Amazon DSP

In-Platform experience with campaign bidding/management tools

Experience managing people and leading teams

Analysis, Thought Leadership & Communication

Strong professional presence and communication skills

Support / oversee project & accounts

Comprehensive data analysis and problem-solving skills; able to draw conclusions and with guidance, you are able to devise strategic recommendations based on findings

Strong Microsoft Excel skills: pivot tables, vlookups, and chart building. Working knowledge of Visual Basic macros is a plus.

Ability to work independently and effectively multitask across multiple priorities
