Responsibilities

Develop and manage relationships with critical seller accounts in the Entertainment category.

Identify growth opportunities and advise sellers on pricing and marketing strategies.

Negotiate with sellers and influence them to excel in the industry.

Attract new sellers to Walmart Marketplace and create long-term plans to achieve goals.

Utilize strong data analysis skills to leverage data for business advantage.

Required

4+ years of experience in e-commerce.

2+ years of experience working with sellers/ suppliers/vendors, etc.

2+ years of experience in merchandising/ category management

Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field OR 3 years of experience in Business Management, Marketing, Omni-Channel Merchandising, Marketplace, or a related area

Proficiency in MS Office, with a focus on Excel

Strategic mindset and ability to prioritize tasks

Detail-oriented with a bias for action and a collaborative team player

Results-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving and goal achievement

Excellent communication skills, including the ability to deliver presentations to peers, leadership, and internal and external stakeholders

Digital literacy and analytics skills

Strong business acumen

Support the development of executive-level presentations and perspectives

Preferred

Have experience in Marketplace/Seller management

Have experience in Omni-channel Merchandising

Can develop end-to-end strategies

Work well with others and have the ability to influence

Are familiar with eComm playbook
