Responsibilities

Lead, coordinate, or participate in operations-related activities for new product transfer to routine production

Collaborate with Staff Project Management to ensure compatibility with current and future manufacturing processes

Assess manufacturability of new products and conduct Design for Manufacturability (DFM) review meetings

Serve as a technical liaison for other departments regarding new product introduction activities

Develop and maintain production documentation

Apply technical knowledge to troubleshoot design challenges

Maintain knowledge of validation and process control requirements

Create action plans and delegate tasks to cross-functional team members

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry or Life Science/related studies with 9+ years of experience, OR Master’s degree with 7+ years of experience OR Doctoral degree with 4+ years of experience

Experience managing projects

Working with cross functional teams

Experience owning metrics and/or leading daily management

Experience in creating standard work and improving processes

Preferred

Experience in immunoassay diagnostics development and with Quality System Regulations

Familiarity with supply chain management or PMP certification
